Great Potential

This estate in Upstate New York has a lot of potential. It is beautiful in its own right, and the Owners have already made a lot of improvements, but the current open floor plan begs for some formality. The Owners would like to have a singular, formal Entry with a large Living Room for entertaining, and separate Dining Room. The first floor Guest Bedroom will be converted to a Family Room where the kids can spread out, and they can watch movies or sports on the weekends. The Kitchen will have a breakfast nook for the kids to have a snack with friends. On the second floor they’d like more bedrooms for family and friends who visit, and for their expanding family. I’ve shared a few sketches with options that could give the Owners everything they have been dreaming of… stay tuned!
