Chair

This is a replica of a Kartini Stool - the design originates from Indonesia. Many of these have been imported and can be found in various sizes and finishes. I templated and learned how to build it while discussing the possibility of renting space to build furniture out of a larger woodshop. I wanted to learn more about finishing woods and opted for this whitewash on oak.
