This family saw an opportunity and seized it. Their neighboring apartment became available, and they decided it was time to expand. The team, including the Owners, the Contractor, the Expeditor, and myself, conceived of a way to permit and renovate these units so that the Owners would never have to leave the premises. They lived in their existing 2 bedroom apartment during the renovation of the other unit and then moved to the new unit while their original apartment was finished. Altogether they will be able to enjoy a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment, including a large living room, eat-in kitchen, and dressing room with built-in laundry. They'll have plenty of room for their dogs and guests!
